Terms of Service

Services are professional consulting, software prototyping, workflow analysis, AI-assisted systems design, and related implementation work.

Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms are defined in a written proposal, invoice, or scope of work.

Payment may be required before kickoff, at milestones, upon delivery, or monthly for retainers, depending on the agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for completed work, audits, consultations, and delivered prototypes are non-refundable.

Bisel Legacy Global LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational results.

Client is responsible for reviewing and approving important AI-assisted outputs before use.

Client retains ownership of their business data and materials. Ownership of custom deliverables should be defined in the relevant project agreement.

Client agrees not to submit illegal, infringing, or highly sensitive regulated data unless a specific written agreement is in place.
